Your SafeMate kit is included with your choice of either a monthly or yearly subscription to SafeMate.
Do you want to purchase through your NDIS or MyAgedCare Funding?
Contact us at hello@safemate.care or on 07 31849109 and we can send you a Provider Purchase form.
Then email or post the completed form back to us (you can take a photo or scan the form to attach to the email).
We will prepare an invoice and send it directly to your provider. Once that invoice is paid, your SafeMate kit will be sent to you.
